Well here we are almost at the end of the summer, it's flown by. So here we go, holidays are over and life returns to normal.
Summer is a great time for healthy eating, delicious fresh fish, meat and salads, red berries in abundance, all low sugar and low in saturated fat. Very healthy energy giving food. The sort of food that makes you feel good and helps you avoid those dips in energy levels throughout the day.

Avoid the feelings of tiredness and bloat this week by eating fresh meat and fish, vegetables, salads, while the weather is still nice. Enjoy small amounts of bread, rice, pasta potatoes and very sugary fruits such as bananas.
