If I could give one tip to both men and women who are looking to lose body fat and tone up what would that tip be?
Be consistent, be determined and above all be prepared.
Follow your weight loss plan, keep your focus on your goal, plan and prepare your food in advance. Otherwise you are setting yourself up to fail.
You must plan and prepare until your new eating habits and buying habits become second nature, until they become your new habits.
So help yourself to succeed by planning and preparing.
Bonus tip
And if part of your programme is to change and improve your shape over the summer, then don't shy away from weight training exercises. Weights are your best friends, whether you are a man or a woman, when it comes to reshaping your body.
